I received another order for 100 bride and groom mix chocolate strawberries for an Italian wedding. Every time I get to do a similar order, I get so excited.

I love creating the wedding dress strawberries with white pearls around the “neck”. They look so fancy and stylish.

The tuxedo strawberries require more effort and take more time to decorate.  The tuxedos are dipped first in white chocolate, let to settle and dipped again in brown chocolate. When the chocolate has cooled down, I’ll start decorating the strawberries with bow ties and buttons. The tuxedos are my favorite. Shhh, don’t tell anyone. Imagine doing 200 of them!
