Please place an order at least 12h prior to the delivery. All the arrangements are made fresh the same day. We require time to have the payment sent thru, to purchase some products (if necessary), to prepare the arrangements, to have them ready for delivery, to arrange the delivery and to actually deliver the bouquets. However, some of the bouquets are available for purchase the same day if the order is placed before 10am and the delivery is in the evening.
A tax invoice will be sent my email. We prefer a direct deposit payment. However, we accept PayPal payments in some cases.

We are based in Gosford, Central Coast. We deliver to Central Coast, Newcastle, Hunter Valley and Sydney area.
We require full payment to be made at least 24h prior to the delivery. However, in cases like weddings, corporate events or large orders, we require a 50% deposit at the time of order. This will secure the date and time of delivery. These type of events take longer to deliver, to arrange, to place on the tables …. The other 50% to be paid in installments or at once at least 48h prior to the date. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the order.
NO! We do not use any preservatives on any of our fruits and veggies used in arrangements.
All gift baskets and hampers ordered from Edible Gift which include alcohol will only be delivered to persons over the age of 18 years. An ID will be verified and a signature for confirmation will be taken.
We encourage people to order in bulk to save on delivery cost and save the planet (gas emission and many more). However, if the delivery address varies, then we advise to place separate orders for each of the addresses. For example, if you want to pay for a bouquet for grandparents, and a bouquet for your neighbor and a platter for yourself, then you will need to place three separate orders for each individually. However, you will receive ONE tax invoice for all of them. Therefore, you will need to make only ONE bank transaction when paying.
YES!. We require as much notice as possible, preferable to be mentioned when placing the order. The arrangement can be delivered in a 1-2h time range. For example, we cannot guarantee a 12pm sharp delivery. But we will be able to deliver between 11am and 1pm.
We deliver from 10am to 7pm Monday to Sunday depending on the area and time of the year. For business addresses, we will deliver before 5pm. Please provide a name and an address where there will be someone to receive the bouquet.
If the recipient is not home, we will leave the bouquet with another family member or friend. If there’s no answer at the provided address, we will leave a note in the mail box with the date, time and details of the order. We will try to leave the bouquet with a neighbor, unless otherwise advised. If the bouquet is not recovered, Edible Gift can not accept any responsibility for such loss. If nobody was available for picking up the order (recipient, family, friends, neighbor), then the order returns to us. The order can be resent to the recipient for an additional delivery fee. This can be arranged in the first 5 hours from the initial delivery time. We cannot ring the recipient prior or at the time of delivery. We cannot divulge any detail of the order to anybody else other than the person who placed the order.
Please make sure the correct address is supplied. Please include as many details as possible. If the bouquet is delivered to an incorrect address and is not recovered, Edible Gift can not accept any responsibility for such loss.

Money will be refunded less a $10 administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by us 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery.
YES, you can. It depends on what changes you want to make. It could be one of the following: design/arrangement changes, ingredients, gift card message, delivery address, adding an item to the current order, removing an item from the current order. We require at least 24h notice (to be determined).
It is best to be served immediately. If you need to save it for later, PLEASE put it in the fridge as soon as you receive it. The size of the bouquet could be inconvenient for you. So, please choose a delivery time and date that suits your needs. For example, if you have a party on Saturday at 4pm. Do not ask for a delivery on Friday evening or at 8am on Saturday morning. If the gift is for you and you want to save some for later, please remove the fruits from the skewers VERY CAREFULLY and placed them into an air tight container in the fridge. Please serve it as soon as possible.
Some of the bouquets come in one size only. However, we do have many sizes available small, medium, large and extra large. Please refer to the pictures below. Please send us your concerns regarding the size vs number of guests before placing an order. We will send you a free of charge quote. The price VARIES (higher or lower) depending on the requirement. Do not hesitate to ask for a quote. YOU COULD SAVE MONEY and get the perfect gift in exchange.

Delivery on a public holiday is not usually possible. Please contact us few days in advance to see if your order can be put on the VIP list. The spaces are limited and it doesn’t apply to all public holidays. The total order value must be over $100 to qualify for the VIP delivery.
We require as much information as possible with respect to the venue location, time and date for the event. We will carefully deliver all the arrangement to the venue. We will personally place them on the tables. We will make sure that they look stunning for the special event. If you order a buffet table, we will take our time and prepare the arrangements at no extra charge. Please make sure we have full access to the premisses.
